All around pleasant experience.

I shall start by saying Saule was extremely accommodating and bright eyed throughout our morning visit, providing all that was needed in a precise and calm manner whilst not overloading you with information. There was a wide variety of options despite most of us opting for a few croissants to start us off including a few sliced meats which was a nice touch. Decor was brilliant and traffic from the hotel was barely noticeable. They’ve done an excellent job balancing this location to the area and I’d argue the food may even be better than other sites Bella Italia hosts. Would definitely recommend and will drop back in should I be passing.

I stayed in the hotel, room was clean and tidy. Had spend there 2 night it was great. During my stay I went to have breakfast at Bella Italia. The best experience ever. I have been welcome and treated as king. A beautiful start of the day. Thank you team Bella

Stayed in the hotel had a breakfast in Bella Italia and enjoyed immensely. The staff was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble for them!! Enjoyed the stay very central and easy access to London!!

Breakfast was gorgeous with croissants to die for in a beautiful location just down from Paddington station all severed by a very sweet helpful waitress called saule. Will definitely be back when I am in the area again

Being so close to Paddington station (2 min walk) made it super easy to get to. I had an early flight in the morning and just got up and jumped on the Heathrow express without having to get through London first.

The breakfast was awesome, besides the standard buffet, there is a possibility to order, various types of omelettes each day.

Great location and easy to get to by tube, lovely staff and great rooms with everything you need including an Alexa which you can order with. A very good Indigo. Nice ihg rewards recognition at check in with an upgrade and late checkout. Will definitely use again when in the area. Does the Indigo brand well.

Staff very helpful and kind. It was not possible in the Bathroom to switch to a dim lighting for the night as I remembered is the case in the other rooms we/I have slept in at Indigo Paddington. Perhaps that could be checked in room 412! The location couldn't be bettered and the walk-through connecting Mercure and Indigo gives additional quiet seating in Mercure.

Stayed here for a business meeting close by, room was just perfect! Visited Bella Italia for breakfast, as it was included! Had a lovely food and service! Supervisor Nora took was really friendly and accommodating! Certainly will be back, next time in London!
