Excellent location for us. Everything we needed in walking distance or easy access via public transport. Room size good for a city like London. Great gluten free breakfast options as well as milk alternatives available.
Cute and clean - a great experience
We stayed at the Hotel Indigo for 9 days at the end of August and had a lovely stay. The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. Very close to Paddington Station as well, which made it extremely convenient. The rooms (we had 2) were just the right size for us (we have a small home anyway so we’re used to smaller sized rooms). Because we had booked a room with twin beds that wasn’t available when we arrived, we were upgraded to a room with a wee terrace that was actually beneficial for us, so the kids could hang out in the main part of our room while the adults could have a drink and chat separately.

Breakfast was good variety ranging from full English to cold cut and cheese, fruits and juices. Service was attentive and efficient.. Coffee was good variety Americano was good. Dinner menu was good variety .. Dining room inside and outside patio

Clean, great location. Great amenities. Staff went above and beyond. There was a mix up on the room type but it was not their fault. It was with the site and we didn't realize there was only one bed. They gave us a drink and worked to find us an appropriate solution. They were kind and professional. I was extremely satisfied and would book with them again.

A very lovely stay, the receptionist, Abdul did a very great job. He provided a great service during my stay. He was always available to answer my questions and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome.
Steps from Paddington Station and great for solo travelers
Steps away from Paddington Station with the Heathrow Express - this is a great location for anyone looking to have easy access to the airport. The area has lots of choices for food and you can get on the tube and explore other parts of London with ease. The staff was friendly and the Ops Manager, Sergio was very accommodating. As a solo female traveler, I felt very comfortable here and would stay again.

Fun, restful and easy. Perfectly located near Paddington Station.
The Hotel was lovely and small. I loved the smaller size. It had all the benefits of the Paddington Hilton (where I have stayed before) without the noise and lines. I have heard people use the term Boutique Hotel. In my mind this Hotel is like that. Whatever I needed help with they responded promptly.
Recommendation
Very nice staff even at late night. There is one at reception called Abdul he helped me and was very nice. The location is perfect about 10 minutes walk to Hyde Park. very nice rooms. Many restaurants and cafes are around. When I come again I will stay at the same hotel
