The staff was always friendly and helpful, special shout out to Blessing at the front desk who was always friendly and helpful by giving restaurant and transportation advice and made our stay perfect. Shah was also friendly and accommodating. The rooms are decent size and well thought out and stylish. ..."

Good location, Nice Hotel
"Very handily located hotel just 2 minutes walk from Paddington Station. The check-in experience was quick and efficient - even allowing us to access our room 3 hours early which was really useful!. The rooms themselves are quite compact - but I'd expect that in this location. There were good amenities in the room - Nespresso coffee, Mini fridge, USB charging etc. The bathroom and shower were lovely and the whole room was clean. When we checked out we asked to leave our bags safe to collect later and that was swiftly and efficiently handled."

Spacious rooms, hot water, air conditioning, iron board, wifi, supreme connectivity as it’s a stone’s throw away from the paddington station. I can keep raving about it. Great in-house Italian restaurant."

Comfortable stay
"Hotel Indigo Paddington has a brilliant location almost opposite Paddington Station and directly opposite Norfolk Square Gardens. The breakfast options offered by Bella Italia restaurant are very good but the restaurant can get crowded. We had a couple of issues regarding our room that were quickly and satisfactorily sorted by Mr. Shah and by Elizabeth who were both very kind and welcoming."

"Apart from its brilliant location near Paddington station and opposite Norfolk Square Gardens, Hotel Indigo London Paddington is a comfortable and well equipped hotel that offers an excellent breakfast with plenty of good a la carte options. Both Mr. Shah and Elizabeth at Reception were particularly helpful and welcoming during our one-night stay. We have stayed here often and will gladly return."

Great hotel in an good location for trains. The hotel is located very close to Paddington Station. Was greeted by friendly and helpful staff at all times. Room was clean and comfortable.
