Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel Staff excellent, fantastic location. Breakfast excellent. Service was perfect. Only draw back is the rooms are small. Will definitely be staying again I will just book larger room.
The location is perfect it's close to the station

I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel
I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel period the rooms were very comfortable although not as large as we used to in the United States period but it was a very functional room. The bathroom was great with it's spa shower. There was a nespresso machine with coffee and expresso pods, bottled water, champagne, diet and regular Coke in our room. These were refreshed daily or more so if we needed it. All the staff including the reception staff and Housekeeping staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. ...
Amazing location
Amazing location, just around the corner from Paddington station and even more superb front desk and service. Will definitely stay here again when I am next in London. Highly recommended and deserving of 5 stars.
Clean and comfortable rooms
Clean and comfortable rooms, just a couple minute walk from Paddington Station. Easy to miss the front entrance, nestled between storefronts. Stayed here a couple of times now, friendly staff always willing to go the extra mile!
A nice property, in a great location, with a terrific staff
This was my first time staying here, although not my first time staying in Paddington. The staff was always friendly and helpful, special shout out to Blessing at the front desk who was always friendly and helpful by giving restaurant and transportation advice and made our stay perfect. Good location, Nice Hotel
Very handily located hotel just 2 minutes walk from Paddington Station. The check-in experience was quick and efficient - even allowing us to access our room 3 hours early which was really useful!. The rooms themselves are quite compact - but I'd expect that in this location. There were good amenities in the room - Nespresso coffee, Mini fridge, USB charging etc. The bathroom and shower were lovely and the whole room was clean. When we checked out we asked to leave our bags safe to collect later and that was swiftly and efficiently handled.
Will visit again!
