Comfortable stay
"Hotel Indigo Paddington has a brilliant location almost opposite Paddington Station and directly opposite Norfolk Square Gardens. The breakfast options offered by Bella Italia restaurant are very good but the restaurant can get crowded. We had a couple of issues regarding our room that were quickly and satisfactorily sorted by Mr. Shah and by Elizabeth who were both very kind and welcoming."

"Apart from its brilliant location near Paddington station and opposite Norfolk Square Gardens, Hotel Indigo London Paddington is a comfortable and well equipped hotel that offers an excellent breakfast with plenty of good a la carte options. Both Mr. Shah and Elizabeth at Reception were particularly helpful and welcoming during our one-night stay. We have stayed here often and will gladly return."

Great hotel in an good location for trains. The hotel is located very close to Paddington Station. Was greeted by friendly and helpful staff at all times. Room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed just the one night before heading to Heathrow. Check in was very friendly and efficient. Good, comfortable room overlooking a square. Great sound proofing. Really excellent bed. Clean bathroom. Some nice touches such as free soft drinks. Would gladly return.
Very comfortable hotel
Very comfortable hotel at super location transport-wise. Slightly on the expensive side for the standard, but that goes for many London hotels.
