My sister and I stayed here late November 2024 for 2 nights and 3 days. The location is very nice because I walked from Paddington Station about 1 long block and arrived on the doorstep of the hotel. Half-way from the station the character of the block changes from lots of kitschy tourist/travel kiosks to pubs and restaurants and the beginning of Hyde Park area. ...

We loved everything about the hotel.

This was our second stay here and we loved everything about the hotel. The location is half a block from Paddington station, whicb is convenient to everything. The Elizabeth line goes from the airport to Paddington, eliminating the need for a taxi. The staff is very helpful, particularly Mata, who found us another room when the first one didn't work out and even upgraded us to a bigger room. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The managers even helped with our luggage. We'll definitely stay here every time we come to London.

Location was very convenient for us. Staff very friendly and excellent service from Lesse at reception, a true asset to the team. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect in the end , will be back next week!

Great, friendly hotel with amazing service - lovely staff throughout the hotel and restaurant. Nice breakfast and good amenities in the rooms. I’ve been coming to the hotel for years and it never lets me down. Lesse at reception, in particular, deserves a mention for her help today.

First and foremost, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location to Paddington Station and keeping bags and places to eat is great. Clean new rooms but tight doubly so for a tall guy. The elevator is slow and janky. Not cheap but within going rate for the region
