I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel
"I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel period the rooms were very comfortable although not as large as we used to in the United States period but it was a very functional room. The bathroom was great with it's spa shower. There was a nespresso machine with coffee and expresso pods, bottled water, champagne, diet and regular Coke in our room. These were refreshed daily or more so if we needed it. All the staff including the reception staff and Housekeeping staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. ..."

A nice property, in a great location, with a terrific staff
This was my first time staying here, although not my first time staying in Paddington. The staff was always friendly and helpful, special shout out to Blessing at the front desk who was always friendly and helpful by giving restaurant and transportation advice and made our stay perfect. Shah was also friendly and accommodating. The rooms are decent size and well thought out and stylish. ...

Good location, Nice Hotel
"Very handily located hotel just 2 minutes walk from Paddington Station. The check-in experience was quick and efficient - even allowing us to access our room 3 hours early which was really useful!. The rooms themselves are quite compact - but I'd expect that in this location. There were good amenities in the room - Nespresso coffee, Mini fridge, USB charging etc. The bathroom and shower were lovely and the whole room was clean. When we checked out we asked to leave our bags safe to collect later and that was swiftly and efficiently handled."

Perfect Stay !
Shah - Man, you’re a great guy ! Help on a beck and call ! Always smiling ! Will surely be back. Hotel - does what you need. Spacious rooms, hot water, air conditioning, iron board, wifi, supreme connectivity as it’s a stone’s throw away from the paddington station. I can keep raving about it. Great in-house Italian restaurant.
