A lovely hotel in a great location
The hotel is in a lovely location and across the road from public transport. The room although small was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable with comfy pillows too. Really appreciated the addition of the free water and soft drinks in the mini bar. Everything you needed for a perfect stay was provided for in the rooms including tea and coffee, bathrobes, toiletries, iron etc. The reception staff were welcoming and check in was quick and efficient. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the cafe adjoining the hotel. Definitely value for money and will stay again when in London.

Stylish hotel in Paddington.
Wonderful hotel in the heart of Paddington. 2 minute walk from Paddington station and the Heathrow Express. Should out to Abed and Mayada at the front desk. They will do anything to help their guests. Our rate included breakfast which was great. Lots of choices. Room was comfortable and very clean. Nespresso coffee machine, complimentary non alcoholic drinks in the mini bar, great wifi, great shower, to name a few of the nice amenities included in the room. Bed and linens are very nice too. Easy access to the Tube, hop on hop off bus, Kensington Gardens and many restaurants close by. Very quiet in the evenings. We will be back!
Great breakfast
Lovely breakfast, great staff - particularly Laurl! Food was nice! Highly recommended to use this place especially when staying at the Hotel Indigo Paddington. Nice mix of table service and buffet items
Good choice for hotel and breakfast
Breakfast at Bella Italia Paddington was perfect. Laura and Paul did a great job. We thought the hotel was where very good. Nice and clean, comfortable beds and had a good location nearby Paddington station.
Comfortable, warm and friendly
Bedding and pillows were so comfortable; room was well equipped albeit possibly a bit of minor maintenance was required. The restaurant was lovely and an excellent pepperoni pizza, with a good house wine. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.
London over night stay
Over night stay in hotel, had a breakfast next day in Bella Italia, good food and service. Buffet and selection of hot dishes, hotel location is great with Paddington station less than 3 minutes walk away and easy public transport route to everywhere.
All around pleasant experience.
I shall start by saying Saule was extremely accommodating and bright eyed throughout our morning visit, providing all that was needed in a precise and calm manner whilst not overloading you with information. There was a wide variety of options despite most of us opting for a few croissants to start us off including a few sliced meats which was a nice touch. Decor was brilliant and traffic from the hotel was barely noticeable. They’ve done an excellent job balancing this location to the area and I’d argue the food may even be better than other sites Bella Italia hosts. Would definitely recommend and will drop back in should I be passing.
Best Breakfast
I stayed in the hotel, room was clean and tidy. Had spend there 2 night it was great. During my stay I went to have breakfast at Bella Italia. The best experience ever. I have been welcome and treated as king. A beautiful start of the day. Thank you team Bella
Business visit
Stayed in the hotel had a breakfast in Bella Italia and enjoyed immensely. The staff was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble for them!! Enjoyed the stay very central and easy access to London!!
