Breakfast was good variety ranging from full English to cold cut and cheese, fruits and juices. Service was attentive and efficient.. Coffee was good variety Americano was good. Dinner menu was good variety .. Dining room inside and outside patio

Clean, great location. Great amenities. Staff went above and beyond. There was a mix up on the room type but it was not their fault. It was with the site and we didn't realize there was only one bed. They gave us a drink and worked to find us an appropriate solution. They were kind and professional. I was extremely satisfied and would book with them again.

A very lovely stay, the receptionist, Abdul did a very great job. He provided a great service during my stay. He was always available to answer my questions and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome.
Steps from Paddington Station and great for solo travelers
Steps away from Paddington Station with the Heathrow Express - this is a great location for anyone looking to have easy access to the airport. The area has lots of choices for food and you can get on the tube and explore other parts of London with ease. The staff was friendly and the Ops Manager, Sergio was very accommodating. As a solo female traveler, I felt very comfortable here and would stay again.

The Hotel was lovely and small. I loved the smaller size. It had all the benefits of the Paddington Hilton (where I have stayed before) without the noise and lines. I have heard people use the term Boutique Hotel. In my mind this Hotel is like that. Whatever I needed help with they responded promptly.
Recommendation
Very nice staff even at late night. There is one at reception called Abdul he helped me and was very nice. The location is perfect about 10 minutes walk to Hyde Park. very nice rooms. Many restaurants and cafes are around. When I come again I will stay at the same hotel

The room is very large and the beds are very comfortable. Very good location 1 1/2 from Paddington station that takes you everywhere. The Service Quality.
Comfortable/good location
After a transatlantic flight we were pleased to hear that early check in was available, nice comfortable room, quiet at night and room to room, so a good nights sleep was had. Location was perfect for Paddington Station and exploring the local area of Paddington basin and little Venice. Hotel fitted our needs perfectly for a short stay.
Great place
Whilst we were staying in the hotel we dined in the bella Italia inside the hotel it was amazing the staff were great will 100% be back. The food was also so nice. Thank you to everyone we had a great night
