Nice hotel, good location
The location is very convenient, 5 minutes to Paddington train station. This train station has a few train lines linked to it that make it handy to travel around. A few convenience stores and good cafes near the hotel too. The staff, Rex and Ray are very friendly and helpful. They made our stay enjoyable. Thank you Rex and Ray.

Staff and cleanliness are key
Overnight stay on business. Front of house staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. Other staff met during my stay were also very polite. Room and laundry was spotlessly clean and fresh. A nice touch was soft drinks in minibar were free of charge. I left feeling that the staff cared about my visit. I will definitely use again.

Great location and the breakfast was fantastic. The mini-bar and coffee machine was an added bonus. Hotel room was very small, but lovely and quiet. We will most definitely come and stay again.

The location is perfect! Next to Paddington Station. Room size is good for London standards. Very spacious bathroom. Everything very clean. Great breakfast! It is served in the Bella Italia restaurant next to the hotel.

Excellent location for us. Everything we needed in walking distance or easy access via public transport. Room size good for a city like London. Great gluten free breakfast options as well as milk alternatives available.
Cute and clean - a great experience
We stayed at the Hotel Indigo for 9 days at the end of August and had a lovely stay. The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. Very close to Paddington Station as well, which made it extremely convenient. The rooms (we had 2) were just the right size for us (we have a small home anyway so we’re used to smaller sized rooms). Because we had booked a room with twin beds that wasn’t available when we arrived, we were upgraded to a room with a wee terrace that was actually beneficial for us, so the kids could hang out in the main part of our room while the adults could have a drink and chat separately.
