Comfortable room, friendly staff who went out of their way to change our room because we had asked for 2 beds 1 person and were assigned a double bed. After 10 min of waiting we got the desired room. Comfortable bedding. Breakfast is top notch. Quick access from the metro

Great location, incredible staff and wonderful breakfast! Rooms well equipped, very comfy beds and linens. Soft drinks in fridge appreciated, nice selection of tea coffee and biscuits. Hairdryer and ironing facilities. Such helpful staff!!!

Great location near Paddington Station with many good restaurants within a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Staff were excellent and rooms clean and modern

A nice city holiday, plenty of things to see, also in the spirit of the Christmas market.

Great location. The breakfast was good for a Londoner. Clean bathrooms and the room on the top floor was cozy. I could stay again.

Wonderful stay, excellent - highly recommended. Reception staff amazing - very clean and comfortable rooms. Close to travel links. Loved the showers. Great amenities in rooms. Alexa devices in rooms are great and easy to use - including between room calling.

Very helpful staff - Abdul is great! Room was comfortable and bed was good. Apparently I have to write a load more stuff to comply with the review guidelines, but there is nothing else I have to say so I am just going to write this.

Location, comf.room, heated towel rail, international plug-in, mini bar, safety box, coffee & tea options, everyday cleaning, breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location next to Paddington station.

The location is very convenient, 5 minutes to Paddington train station. This train station has a few train lines linked to it that make it handy to travel around. A few convenience stores and good cafes near the hotel too. The staff, Rex and Ray are very friendly and helpful. They made our stay enjoyable. Thank you Rex and Ray.
